Track Order

Every Louis Angeli order is tracked from our ateliers to your door.

How tracking works

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. As soon as your set ships, we email your tracking number to the address you used at checkout. Follow the link in that email for the carrier's live status.

When to expect it

Orders are delivered within 10 to 15 business days within the United States. Your garment ships directly from our ateliers in plain packaging, and the tracking email is your notice that it is on its way.

From your account

If you ordered with a customer account, sign in and open your orders: each order shows its tracking as soon as it ships.

If something looks wrong

No tracking email after 4 business days, or no arrival by the end of the delivery window? Write to care@louisangeli.com with your order number and we will look into it at once.
