Shipping Policy

Every price on this site includes shipping. Shipping within the United States is complimentary on every order.

Processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and delivered within 10 to 15 business days within the United States. If your set has not arrived by the end of that window, write to care@louisangeli.com and we will look into it at once.

How your order travels

Your garment ships directly from our ateliers in plain packaging, and tracking is emailed to you as soon as it is on its way. Duties for US orders are on us: you will not be charged anything further on delivery.

Your address

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will write to you to arrange reshipment.
