This website is operated by Louis Angeli. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Louis Angeli. We offer this website, including all information, products and services available from it, to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service. By visiting louisangeli.com or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to these terms, including the policies referenced here: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the site or purchase from us.

Section 1 — Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have your guardian's consent. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any law in your jurisdiction through your use of the service. You must not transmit any destructive code, worms or viruses.

Section 2 — General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. You understand that your content (other than payment card information, which is always encrypted) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell or exploit any part of the service or this site without our written permission. Headings are for convenience only.

Section 3 — Accuracy, completeness and timeliness

The material on this site is provided for general information. It may not always be accurate, complete or current, and reliance on it is at your own risk. We may change the contents of the site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information.

Section 4 — Modifications to the service and prices

All prices are in US dollars and every price includes shipping within the United States. Prices may change without notice; however, we keep one price for each piece, and we never change the price of an order after it has been placed. We may modify or discontinue the service, or any part of it, without notice, and we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.

Section 5 — Products

We offer men's knitwear, made in our partner ateliers. We show every garment as accurately as we can; colors may vary slightly with your screen. We may limit the sale of a piece to any person, household or region, and may limit quantities or discontinue a piece at any time. Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days and delivered within 10 to 15 business days within the United States; your garment ships directly from our ateliers in plain packaging, and duties for US orders are on us. Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Section 6 — Accuracy of billing and account information

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund of anything paid, if a piece becomes unavailable, if an error affects the order, or if the order appears to be placed by a reseller without our agreement. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders under the same account, the same payment card, or the same billing or shipping address. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to update it promptly so we can complete your order and reach you.

Section 7 — Optional tools

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor control. They are provided "as is" and "as available", without endorsement or warranty, and your use of them is entirely at your own risk and subject to the third party's terms.

Section 8 — Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party websites, which are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and we are not liable for any harm arising from your use of them. Please review a third party's policies before transacting with them; questions and complaints about their products belong with the third party.

Section 9 — User comments and feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews or other material, you agree that we may use, edit, publish and distribute them in any medium without restriction and without payment to you, and that we have no obligation to keep them confidential or to respond. Your comments must not violate any third party's rights or contain unlawful, abusive or obscene material, and you are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit. You may not impersonate another person or mislead us or others as to a comment's origin.

Section 10 — Personal information

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Section 11 — Errors, inaccuracies and omissions

Occasionally there may be information on the site that contains errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability or delivery times. We reserve the right to correct any error and to change or cancel orders affected by it, with a full refund, even after an order has been submitted.

Section 12 — Prohibited uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any regulation, rule or law; to infringe our intellectual property or another's; to harass, abuse, defame or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; to upload malicious code; to collect another person's information without consent; to spam, scrape or interfere with the site's security or operation. We may terminate your use of the service for violating any of these prohibitions.

Section 13 — Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. The service and all products delivered through it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. To the extent permitted by law, Louis Angeli's liability arising from any purchase or use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase, and in no case are we liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Section 14 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Louis Angeli from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 15 — Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Section 16 — Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us; you may terminate them by ceasing to use the site. Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive it. If you fail to comply with these terms, we may terminate this agreement and deny you access to the service without notice.

Section 17 — Entire agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the policies posted on this site, are the entire agreement between you and Louis Angeli and supersede any prior agreements or communications. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Any ambiguity in these terms is not to be construed against the drafting party.

Section 18 — Governing law

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide you the service, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
